According to a landmark study by Dr. Richard Sarnat M.D. conducted with Blue Cross of Illinois for 4 years and with thousands of patients; those that chose chiropractic as a primary service had massive benefit. As reported they experienced 43% few hospital admissions, 58% few hospital days, 43% fewer outpatient surgeries, and 51% fewer pharmaceutical costs. This study was modified and repeated for an additional 3 years and the results were even higher!
Take a moment and think about how this information could affect how you chose to provide insurance to your employees. Is there anything you can do to access this, without overstepping your relationship?
In the study, a weakness in the model is acknowledged. These individuals self-selected to include chiropractic and other alternative therapies. We can't directly correlate this to a population and we certainly can't impose a service on an employee. But wait... isn't this the whole point? These results are real, and they are based on a person choosing to participate in something good for them. We CAN create an environment where that choice is easy!
Our Aperta Membership program as an employee benefit, is a very good choice for a business that wants to encourage their employees to participate in their own results.
Take a moment to visit our current service providers. More providers will be added in the future as we expand our program.
We offer an employee 'Aperta membership' paid for by the employer as an employee benefit. The employee then as access to the membership priced services for their entire family. (family is defined as spouse and dependents on their taxes)
It is just $10 monthly per employee. This price assumes all employees covered, not just those who might otherwise opt-in. There is a $100 minimum to participate. We also provide free services to help increase utilization by the employees. Employees in this program receive access to unlimited chiropractic adjustments for low $22 service fees. This is less than most insurance copays.
We have a price adjusted option for employers who don't want to provide memberships to all of their employees but would still like to participate. Contact us for details.
Companies can choose to integrate this service into their wellness program or just provide it as a benefit to reduce workers compensation claims and sick days.
Either way we will provide what we can to help you accomplish your goals and ensure the results of the program. Such as participating in your programs, providing info, and even doing workshops.
You can discontinue at any time. If you don't love the program, you shouldn't feel obligated to it.
If you decide to discontinue, we will help with smoothing employee expectations by offering them our individual, couple, and family Aperta plans; should they decide to continue with the service themselves.

It depends on the results you want.
By providing it for all of your employees you create the environment for them to make the choice easy when the time is right for them.
We have two options for employers, a price for the membership when the employee opts in ($20); and a reduced price for when the employer covers all employees as a benefit ($10).
When the employer chooses to cover all of their employees, the cost is $10 per employee per month and it includes the employee and their families.
When the employer chooses to offer the membership as an option that an employee can opt into the cost is $19 per month per employee and includes their families.
The cost is flat regardless of whether the employee is single or has dependents.
That is up to you and whatever you decide for your business; and would of course be dependent on any state or local regulations. However, we anticipate that this would only be a consideration in the employee 'self select' option.
They will receive unlimited access to chiropractic adjustments for $18 service fees. They will also get discounts on muscle therapies, such as muscle releases follow adjustments for only $10. These treatments will be aimed at improving function, rather than extended treatment programs. We want all members to feel like they have a resource to get early care. When health problems exceed these parameters, they will be referred to more appropriate healthcare providers.
Yes.
We do not provide workers compensation services. The goal of this care is to have your employees participate in there own improvements and reduce your workers compensation risk, not to route them into it. If you have an employee injured on the job, they need to be referred to whatever resources your currently have.
We do not provide insurance paid services either. Because the patient expense for receiving care is under the cost of typical copays and is already unlimited, we do not accept insurance. This will help you reduce utilization in your own insurance programs, while not interrupting them. This also is a great service for your employers who are not yet able to provide insurance for their employees.
We feel like this is a win for everyone.
