Membership Style Chiropractic

A partner means this location is part of the Aperta Health system.  The fee for services is as advertized in the membership descriptions.

A partner generates new members and can add family members to your account.

Each Aperta Health membership is assigned to a 'main' location.  This is the location that originates your membership.

But you can freely visit any location.

An affiliate means this location is not part of the Aperta System, but has agreed to accept the membership with a slightly higher fee for the care.  Such as $30, instead of $22.

They cannot make any changes to your membership or add family members.

You can do those things online, at your main location, or by contacting Aperta Health directly.

Convenience.  If a partner is not available but an affiliate is, you have more options.

You make like the kind of care you receive at an affiliate location.

You may have a family member who needs a different location for a variety of reasons and the higher fee is worth the convenience.
