The Aperta Health program is a discount membership. It gives you UNLIMITED access to reduced cost chiropractic adjustments at any Chiro Shack locations. The providers at these locations are all independent, but they all accept the membership program. As such, I handle the Aperta Health side. If you want to add family members, change your contact information or just ask questions, you can call me at 208-690-2208 option #1. You can also email me at info@apertahealth.com
You can also do much of this yourself at our Aperta Members Portal. Just make a password and you are ready to go. You should get a link to this in your email too, when you sign up.
